Certification Matching
When a booking arrives for a high-consequence activity (such as an off-piste freeride clinic or downhill bike park coaching), the system filters your team based on their active accreditations:
- Terrain Grade: Guides tagged with beginner-only accreditation cannot be dispatched to advanced alpine terrain.
- Language Compatibility: When a guest requests an Italian-speaking instructor, Alpmate highlights staff with certified Italian fluency.
- Availability & Time-Off: Instructors who have marked unavailability or active vacation are automatically excluded from dispatch suggestions.
The Mobile Coach Portal
Instructors do not need access to your full financial console. They log into their mobile-optimized view to see:
- Daily lesson start times and duration
- Meeting point GPS pin and meeting notes
- Participant names, emergency contact numbers, and equipment sizes
- Accumulated lesson hours and season earnings
Daily Run-Sheet Generation
Each morning, operations managers can export the complete daily run-sheet as a printable PDF or live digital manifest. Any unassigned bookings are flagged with an alert icon to ensure zero guests are left waiting at the base station.
